Individuals

I am passionate about helping clients who have been impacted by trauma, or loss.

I will work with you, collaboratively, to reduce the impact that trauma has had on your daily life, as well as the life of your loved ones.

I tend to work somatically, because I believe, as the research has shown, that trauma is stored in the body, on the cell level. As we work together, I will work with you, to relieve this.

I believe that clients have the answers that they are looking for, and it is my job to help remove some of the road blocks that they are encountering, so that they may pursue what they would like to, in this lifetime, and expand to their own potential.

Couples

I am also, very passionate about working with couples. I work primarily with Emotionally Focused Therapy, and have found this model to be very effective with the couples that I have been privileged to work with.   Couples work is very “heart centered” and I will work with you, and your partner, to uncover both old and new feelings, which will help create an increased emotional intimacy in your partnership.
